隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化崛起,國(guó)人的民族自豪感和文化自信隨之不斷提升,人們的精神文化取向和愛(ài)好也逐漸回歸到中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化,國(guó)潮熱持續(xù)升溫。取材于中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化元素,運(yùn)用寫(xiě)實(shí)、水墨、波普、抽象、涂鴉、潮酷、萌、唯美、奇幻等風(fēng)格體,展現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)韻味的當(dāng)代視覺(jué)真實(shí),將傳統(tǒng)文化元素嵌入現(xiàn)代兒童日常服裝中,在視覺(jué)真實(shí)上實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一的藝術(shù)實(shí)踐。

Culture confidence and national pride flourish in the land of China, as economy and culture develops rapidly. With more and more people seeking their way back to the Chinese traditional culture, China-chic wave keeps heating up. What will happen in Children’s wear design when Chinese traditional culture element meets pop, graffiti, realism, abstractionism or other kinds of new modern style? Nostalgic? Visual-booming? 二、參賽對(duì)象

1、國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)服裝設(shè)計(jì)師(包括港澳臺(tái)地區(qū));

2、國(guó)內(nèi)外服裝院校師生;

3、服裝設(shè)計(jì)愛(ài)好者。

三、大賽主題:“新國(guó)風(fēng)”

III. Theme: New Chinese Style

 四、作品要求

1、參賽作品需要貼合大賽“積極、創(chuàng)新、實(shí)用、童趣”的宗旨,體現(xiàn)2023或2024國(guó)際流行趨勢(shì),設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新,有商業(yè)價(jià)值和市場(chǎng)潛力,必須為童裝,設(shè)計(jì)完整的系列化及服飾配套,每個(gè)系列5套。

2、作品必須是彩色效果圖(電子版),一個(gè)系列人物連畫(huà)在一張效果圖中,(規(guī)格:297毫米x420毫米,即A3尺寸),并在左上方標(biāo)明作品名稱。格式須為JPG(平面圖片),可手繪或電腦制作。

3、附加該參賽設(shè)計(jì)作品的整體設(shè)計(jì)思路一份,格式為Word文本格式 ,字?jǐn)?shù)不超100字。

4、參賽作品必須為本人原創(chuàng)作品,每人一稿,不可兩人合作一份作品。稿件不得一稿多投或抄襲他人作品,如發(fā)現(xiàn)即取消參賽權(quán);初評(píng)結(jié)束后,在入圍作品公示期間,如大賽組委會(huì)接到某作品涉嫌抄襲的舉報(bào),經(jīng)評(píng)委小組核實(shí)后,針對(duì)有明顯有抄襲嫌疑的選手,組委會(huì)將直接取消其入圍資格,替換成候補(bǔ)的選手憑原創(chuàng)作品入圍繼續(xù)參與投票競(jìng)選。

5、所有參賽作品版權(quán)歸大賽組委會(huì)所有,組委會(huì)有權(quán)宣傳、出版、制作、展示全部參賽作品。

  1. DEMANDS ON WORKS
  2. The works must be designed for the aim of “Positive Power,Creativity,Practical and Childlike simplicity” and to embody 2023/2024 latest fashion with notable innovation, commercial value and market potential. The range is children’s wear with complete series and accessories. Each series includes 5 suits.
  3. The design sketch should be completed in color, along with a series of characters drawn on (The required specification is29.7cm×42cm,A3 paper size). Name of the work should be placed on the lefttop of your work. JPG is the required image format (for Graphic Design picture). Either hand-painted work or computer-produced ones will be accepted.
  4. Also attach an article of design inspiring thought (DOC) of your works(maximum 100words).
  5. The works must be original and never be published.After thePreliminary and during the publicity period, the 30 shortlisted works will be made public. One person can only contribute once. Copy works and the works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript. We reserved the rights to cancel the contestant’s qualification if above verified.
  6. The copyright of all contributions is owned by the contest committee. The committee has the right to promote, publish, make and display all contributions.

網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票時(shí)間:2023年9月1日—2023年9月23日

大賽結(jié)果揭曉時(shí)間:2023年9月27日

1、選手于截稿日期前登陸“虎門(mén)服裝”微信公眾號(hào),穿針引線網(wǎng)(http://www.eeff.net/)下載并填妥報(bào)名表格后,連同參賽圖稿、1張個(gè)人生活照片、身份證掃描件的電子版(缺一不可)以壓縮文件的格式打包發(fā)至:虎門(mén)服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)郵箱(designer0769@163.com),請(qǐng)并務(wù)必在郵件標(biāo)題注明“參賽選手姓名+《作品名稱》”。截稿時(shí)間以郵件的發(fā)送時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。(大賽組委會(huì)收集稿件以虎門(mén)服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)專用郵箱為準(zhǔn),請(qǐng)報(bào)名選手務(wù)必將稿件發(fā)至我方指定郵箱:designer0769@163.com)

  1. The contestants click before deadlineWeChat official account:“humengarment”,  http://www.eeff.net/ and http://art.cfw.cn/ to download the application form. Fill the form and pack with your works, 1 personal photo and ID card to email to designer0769@163.com. Please title the email with “contestant name+ name of the works”. 七、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置

金獎(jiǎng)1名:15000元人民幣、獎(jiǎng)牌、獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)。

銀獎(jiǎng)2名:10000元人民幣、獎(jiǎng)牌、獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)。

八、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)流程

初賽:專業(yè)評(píng)審組從所有參賽作品中評(píng)審出得分最高的前30份作品進(jìn)入大賽決賽,進(jìn)入決賽的作品將先放在虎門(mén)會(huì)展網(wǎng)上公示一段時(shí)間,在此期間接受廣大網(wǎng)友的審閱,如有網(wǎng)友發(fā)現(xiàn)有入圍作品涉嫌抄襲,請(qǐng)?jiān)诠緯r(shí)間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)備好其抄襲證據(jù)發(fā)到虎門(mén)服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)郵箱(designer0769@163.com),并在郵件名稱上注明“舉報(bào)XX號(hào)作品抄襲”,組委會(huì)將嚴(yán)肅處理此事,一經(jīng)查實(shí),將取消涉嫌抄襲的選手的參賽資格,其入圍名額將安排作品得分僅次于前30名的優(yōu)秀選手的參賽作品代替,繼續(xù)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上公示。公示時(shí)間一結(jié)束,所有有效的作品將統(tǒng)一掛在虎門(mén)會(huì)展網(wǎng)上接受網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票參與決賽。

決賽:進(jìn)入決賽的作品及其作者的相關(guān)資料將在虎門(mén)會(huì)展網(wǎng)上公布,并接受專業(yè)評(píng)審團(tuán)及網(wǎng)友的共同評(píng)分,入圍選手可通過(guò)個(gè)人的微信或新浪微博介紹和宣傳個(gè)人的作品,為自己拉票。組委會(huì)將根據(jù)“評(píng)審團(tuán)評(píng)分占80%,網(wǎng)友評(píng)分占20%"的比例,算出最終得分,評(píng)出金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)得主。

最佳創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng):在入圍的作品中,經(jīng)專業(yè)評(píng)審團(tuán)商討后,一致通過(guò)最具創(chuàng)意和創(chuàng)新的作品將獲得本次大賽的最佳創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)人氣大獎(jiǎng):在進(jìn)入決賽的作品中,由網(wǎng)友評(píng)分,投票數(shù)最高的作品獲得本次大賽的最具人氣大獎(jiǎng)。

工作機(jī)會(huì):金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)獲得者將獲得虎門(mén)知名品牌服裝企業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。

Ⅷ. SELECTION

Preliminary: The professional judge group will evaluate all contributions based on the rules and select the best 30 works for the final. These 30 shortlisted works will be made public for some time. During the publicity period, we welcome friends to report those who have plagiarism suspicious and send evidence to our email (designer0769@163.com) with title “plagiarism+number of the works”. Once verified, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the contestant’s qualification and alternate contestant will be chosen according to the grade. After the publicity period, the top 30 works will be made public on the website(www.hmcec.com) for voting. The organizing committee reserves all rights.

Final: The selected 30 works and the designers’ relevant information will be on www.hmcec.com and scored by professional judge group and web voters. The finalists can use their personal Wechat or Sina Weibo to introduce and propagate their works (The professional judge group score 80%, the web voters score 20%) and comes out the Gold, Silver and Bronze Prize winners.

The Creation Award: The professional judge group will score 30 final works based on design creation and the highest scorer will win this prize.

Web Popularity Award: The works of the final 30 which get the highest web voting will win this prize.

Working Opportunity: Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will have the opportunity to get a internship offered by Humen garment company.
