The BYU ID program first gives us a foundation of design principles. We are then encouraged to build on that by pursuing our own passions and interests, and are provided with the tools, resources and opportunities to realize them.
Industrial Design is the perfect combination of art and purpose.  I get to solve problems, learn about people, and make things beautiful all at the same time.  Basically it's a dream come true.
